Apple salad

What you'll need:
4 Medium sized apples
1/2 a cup of raisins
4 tablespoons chopped walnut
2 tablespoons salad dressing (miricale whip)
2 tablespoons skim milk

Preperation:
Cut apples into small cubes and then mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve fresh.

PEPSI COLA SALAD!

Ingredients:
2 small packs cherry jello
1 small pack lime jello
1 large can crushed pinapple
2 1/2 pepsi
1/2 a cup chopped nuts

Directions:
1.Mix together cherry jello lime jello and the crushed pinapple
2.Put on stove until boiling
3.Take of stove and add pepsi and nuts
4.Stir in pan well; pour in bowl and refrigerate

HAM AND CHEESE ROLL-UPS!

Serves 2 to 4 people
start to finish 30 minutes

Ingredients:
3 to 4 slices of ham from the deli
4 refrigerated cresent rolls
3 to 4 teaspoons of mustard
1/4 cup of shreddes cheddar cheese

Kitchen supplies:
measuring cups & spoons, kitchen scissors, baking sheet.

1.Cut ham into small pieces using kitchen scissors
2.Unroll cresent rolls on a ungreased baking sheet
3.Pull apart dough triangles on the dotted lines
4.Spoon a little mustard onto each triangle
5.Sprinkle each roll with one tablespoon ham
6.Roll up triangles, starting from the long side
7.Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until rolls are golden

FRENCH TOAST STICKS

serves 3-4 people
start to finish is 30 minutes

Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil
Garnishes: maple syrup, powdered sugar or cream cheese

Kitchen supplies:
kitchen scissors, whisk, mixing bowl, measuring cups & spoons, skillet or griddle, potato masher, and spatula.

What to do:
1.Cut each bread slice into three or four sticks using kitchen scissors.
2.Crack each egg into a bowl.
3.Beat eggs with whiskin a mixing bowl and then mix milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
4.Dunk each bread stick into the mixture one at a time, letting the bread soak up the egg.
5.Spread oil on a hot griddle or skillet. Add bread sticks and fry over medium heat for two or three minutes.
6.Squish with a potoato masher gently so each piece is crispy in the center without burning the crust.
7.Flip with a spatula when crispy on one side; repeat on the other side.
8.Add maple syrup and powdered surgar or spread with cream cheese and enjoy!
